TECH 03/11, issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), is the technical note providing best practice guidance for the preparation of service charge accounts and should be followed by any TPI or RICS member.

They are ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountants who have been fully trained in using the SCOAP software and they also have an associate audit firm regulated by ICAEW that are able to undertake audits if required by the terms of any lease.
