Together with trusted chartered accountants who have been trained to use SCOAP, we have launched this new service to produce service charge accounts in a seamless and streamlined way, delivering cost savings for you and great service for your clients.
How does the SCOAP accountants service work?
Imagine a world where there are no long email chains with lots of data files attached; no constant chasing of accountants to understand the status of service charge accounts; no re-entry of data; no manual raising of surplus/deficit demands. Welcome to the SCOAP accountants service.
It works by pulling together financial data already in Blocks Online (BOL) and alerting a SCOAP accountant that a client’s data is in SCOAP. The SCOAP accountant then processes that pre-loaded data using SCOAP software to produce the accounts. Which are then uploaded back into BOL for your client and any surplus/deficit demands automatically created.
Because all data already exists in BOL, and the SCOAP accountants work within SCOAP, there is a great deal of control, accuracy and efficiency. There is minimal intervention from you, and your teams can check the progress of accounts production in real time.
