“From day one for our business, it’s been Blocks Online and it’s grown with us as we’ve grown the business from probably about 700 units at that point, to probably about 1200 now.”

“We also knew it hadn’t been used to its full potential previously, so we knew that with some training from Blocks Online, we could use this much better.”

Jamie implemented Blocks Online from launch, gradually adding modules as the business grew. The team started with core functionality and added credit control partway through their growth journey, with ticketing planned as the next addition.

 

“From starting with the core functionality, I think we added credit control probably halfway through and we’re now looking at adding ticketing as that looks really helpful. We’ve gone for Blocks Online because we thought it was the best and has the benefit that staff pick it up more quickly and more easily.

It’s been so user-friendly. As an example, a staff member that came to work with us two or three weeks ago and he’s already ticking off all of our health and safety issues. He’s literally been here a couple of weeks, he’s just 18 years old, and has never worked in property management before. He can immediately pick that up and work with it without any experience. Blocks Online basically talks you through that process.”

The Outcome

Blocks Online has enabled Love PM to achieve remarkable growth while maintaining operational efficiency. The platform has been fundamental to their ability to roughly double their client base in just 18 months. 

 

“The portal is very good for clients. So it’s actually winning us business because we’re promoting online and we just don’t spend as much time worrying about it because it’s so efficient. Could we have won as much business without this specific system? I reckon we’d be much lower than we are now because I think the system sells itself.”

“I used it in a company before and from that experience maybe 10 years ago, I can see how far it’s come and it’s nice to see they’re constantly improving and developing new products according to new regulations.”
