Improvements have been made to the Health & Safety area

The Health & Safety area of the system has been redeveloped to provide significantly improved tracking and monitoring facilities.

In the Block Area, H&S Requirements can be added for each area of a block that requires a H&S assessment e.g. H&S Risk Assessment, Asbestos Survey, Legionella Risk Assessment, Electrical Installation Condition Report.

In the Workbench, a H&S Summary screen provides an overview of the status of H&S assessments indicating which H&S assessments need to be scheduled, which ones are late or need escalating. The reporting screen on our block management software also shows which assessments are scheduled and which assessment reports need to be chased.

Via the settings page the ‘Late’ and ‘Escalate’ alerts can be tailored to individual agent requirements.
